Charity
Kilkern and VAC UK work closely to support a selection of industry related charities including Water Aid, Railway Children and the Lighthouse Club which we donate to and fundraise for every year.
In addition we donate to many other local charities and sporting organisations throughout the UK.
Diversity and social inclusion.
Kilkern takes an active interest in helping the infrastructure sector to solve the skills crisis. We have a number of active programmes and initiatives where we take people from socially disadvantaged or underrepresented groups and help them to get careers in the construction industry. We have initiatives to develop young people, women, apprentices and ex military personnel.
